Financial astrology: what it is, and what can be tested
Financial astrology is the study of planetary cycles alongside financial markets. Its practitioners look for links between the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets and turning points in prices. Mainstream finance does not accept it, and most of its claims have never been tested in public.
This guide explains the field, what the evidence says, and shows how we test it on gold: as a non-causal framework, something to test, not something to believe.
